Called to schedule serveice 2 WEEKS AGO!! and was told their trucks were in the shop so we scheduled an appointment further outI Called one day before to confirm the appt because i forgot the time they were going to arrive and was told they would be there (the lady was 100%sure)The day of service i was called one hour before the appt and was told both of their trucks were still broken and still in the shop- WHY was i not told this when i called to confirm my service appt ? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Will NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAINJUST A WASTE OF TIME-do yourself a favor and book with any other company

As a restaurant owner, serving our customers is a top priority. To do this, we require service that treats us as we do our customers. Commercial Pumping Services did absolutely everything right from scheduling, communication, sense of urgency, attention to detail, competitively priced, professional and they are naturally nice people. They even offered to mop the floor in the area they were working in and sprayed air freshener before they left. They impressed me to the extent that I reached out after to schedule their services on a quarterly basis. If you are in need of this kind of services, do yourself a favor, reach out to them.
